Since 2003 we have dedicated ourselves to consistently serve the finest quality grass fed beef available in Australia. We work directly with growers from premier grazing pastures in Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales to source our own unique ‘embers’ brand of beef originating from premium angus cattle. All beef is hand selected and cut to our exact specifications. Dependent on the primal cut, our beef is ‘wet’ aged for up to 60 days, therefore ensuring maximum tenderness and an enhanced flavour.
Grass fed beef is all about delivering a great natural flavour for the diner. We offer varied weights of all prime cuts and our knowledgeable staff can assist you in selecting a steak to suit your individual preference. Your choice will be perfectly cooked to order by our chefs on our custom built char grill.
