Embers invites you to try Australia's finest grass-fed beef, sourced exclusively from premier pastures within Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Our extensive wine list is represented by Australia's leading boutique wineries whilst showcasing limited back vintages. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are happy to assist you in finding the wine to match our unique char grilled flavours and create a memorable dining experience.  

Our trading hours are:

Lunch: Wednesday - Friday from 12pm

Dinner: Tuesday - Saturday from 6pm

Note: We are closed on Public Holidays & Melbourne Cup Day.
